Each player may hold only one active winldn account. Duplicate accounts are prohibited and may result in permanent suspension and forfeiture of balances.

Deposits and withdrawals are processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) via BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, and major e-wallets. SSL encryption protects every transaction.

Each individual Player is permitted to hold only one (1) active account on the winldn Platform. The creation or use of multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names, shared devices, or shared IP addresses — constitutes a serious breach of these Terms and will result in the immediate suspension or permanent termination of all associated accounts. Any balance held in duplicate accounts will be forfeited without recourse.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. winldn will never ask for your password via email, chat, or phone. You must immediately notify our support team at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access to your account. winldn shall not be held liable for losses resulting from unauthorized account access where the Player has failed to adequately secure their credentials.
winldn reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including — but not limited to — cases of suspected fraud, bonus abuse, identity misrepresentation, technical exploitation, or violation of any clause within this Agreement. Players may also voluntarily request account closure by contacting our support team. Balances remaining at the time of a voluntary closure will be returned to the Player after applicable verification checks.
winldn is obligated under its international gaming license to maintain a rigorous identity verification program. KYC verification is mandatory before a Player's first withdrawal request and may be requested by our compliance team at any time thereafter.

Standard KYC verification is completed within 24 hours of receiving all required documents. During peak periods or where additional verification is required, this may extend to 72 hours. winldn will communicate via email if additional information is needed. Withdrawal requests will be held pending until verification is satisfactorily completed.
winldn accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following payment channels, all denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR):
The minimum deposit amount is Rp 50.000 for bank transfers and Rp 20.000 for e-wallet transactions. Deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will be returned. winldn does not charge fees for deposits; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply its own transaction charges.
The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100.000. Withdrawal requests are processed within one (1) to twenty-four (24) hours, subject to identity verification status and the volume of pending requests. Withdrawals will only be made to a payment method registered in the Player's verified name. winldn reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before processing any withdrawal, particularly for amounts exceeding Rp 10.000.000 per transaction.
Players who have accepted bonus offers must meet all applicable wagering requirements before their balance becomes eligible for withdrawal. Attempts to withdraw funds before fulfilling wagering requirements will result in the cancellation of the bonus and any winnings attributable to that bonus. Real-money deposits that remain unwagered (i.e., deposited but not played) may be withdrawn at any time without restriction, subject to identity verification.
winldn offers a range of promotional offers to both new and existing Players. All bonuses are optional. Players who wish to deposit and play without bonus funds may request a "no bonus" mode at the time of deposit.

All sports bets — including single bets, accumulators, and mix parlay (multi-leg combination bets common in the Indonesian market) — are subject to the odds and rules applicable at the time the bet is placed and confirmed. winldn reserves the right to void bets placed on events where incorrect odds were published due to a system error. In-play betting markets may be suspended at any time at winldn's discretion.
All casino games, including slots, live dealer tables, and virtual table games, use certified random number generators. Game outcomes are final once confirmed by the system. In the event of a disconnection during a game round, the system will complete the round using its last valid instruction. Players should ensure a stable internet connection before commencing play.
Togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers-prediction lottery) markets on winldn are based on official draw results published by licensed operators in Singapore (SGP), Hongkong (HK), Sydney (SDY), and Macau. winldn reproduces these results accurately and promptly. Any discrepancy between displayed results and officially published draw results will be resolved in favor of the official draw result.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which winldn holds its gaming license. Any dispute arising from or related to these Terms, your account, or your use of the Platform shall first be submitted to winldn's internal dispute resolution process by contacting our support team.
If a dispute cannot be resolved internally within thirty (30) days of submission, either party may refer the matter to binding arbitration under the rules of the relevant regulatory authority or an agreed independent arbitration body. Players retain the right to escalate unresolved complaints to the licensing authority's player dispute mechanism.
Nothing in this clause limits a Player's statutory rights under the consumer protection laws applicable in their jurisdiction of residence.
